Responsibilities
- Lead and guide a team of Testing Engineers.
- Implement CMM / ISO standards within the organisation.
- Impart training on quality processes to software professionals.
- Conduct quality audits.
- Metrics collection and analysis.
Work Experience Requirements
- Min. 1 year experience as QA Lead in a reputed software company.
- 2-5 yrs. experience in software testing.
- 2-5 yrs. experience in Manual and Automated Testing.
- 2-5 yrs. experience in implementing CMM Standards.
- Good exposure to CMM and ISO standards.
Skills/Personal Requirements
- Excellent written and Oral communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
