Job Opportunities currently are in Kochi [Cochin], Kerala, India
Responsibilities
Leading a team, which are competent in;
- Reviews of tests cases, testing and release deliverables.
- Ensure that the test cases cover functionality, usability, performance, interoperability, scalability, etc., as appropriate.
- Task planning, allocation and progress monitoring of team members.
- Providing guidance and motivation to the team members
- Interfacing with Development and Implementation teams.
- Ensuring process adherence and Completeness of deliverables.
- Project progress monitoring, reporting and participation in project reviews from testing perspective.
- Timely escalation of issues to development team and Senior Managers.
Work Experience Requirements
- Experience in leading a team of Test Engineers.
- 2-5 years of experience in software testing
- Hands-on experience writing test plans, using automated testing tools and applying structured testing methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of at least one automated testing tool
Skills/Personal Requirements
- Excellent written and Oral communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal skills .
