Job Opportunities currently are in Kochi [Cochin], Kerala, India

Leading a team, which are competent in;

• Reviews of tests cases, testing and release deliverables.
• Ensure that the test cases cover functionality, usability, performance, interoperability, scalability, etc., as appropriate.
• Task planning, allocation and progress monitoring of team members.
• Providing guidance and motivation to the team members
• Interfacing with Development and Implementation teams.
• Ensuring process adherence and Completeness of deliverables.
• Project progress monitoring, reporting and participation in project reviews from testing perspective.
• Timely escalation of issues to development team and Senior Managers.

Work Experience Requirements

• Experience in leading a team of Test Engineers.
• 2-5 years of experience in software testing 
• Hands-on experience writing test plans, using automated testing tools and applying structured testing methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of at least one automated testing tool

Skills/Personal Requirements

• Excellent written and Oral communication skills in English
• Excellent interpersonal skills .
