Job Opportunities currently are in Kochi [Cochin], Kerala, India
Responsibilities
- Write User manual, Installation manual, Reference, White Papers, Brochures, Website content and Administration guides, On-line help (print and electronic format)
- Review documentation for adherence to standards
- Handle documents from the documentation initiation phase to delivery to client.
Educational Requirements
- Graduation in Communication / Journalism / English Literature / Science with good academic credentials.
- Courses in computer languages a plus.
Work Experience Requirements
- 2-5 yrs of experience in creating documents like Business Proposals, Technical Proposals, SDD, User guides, Website content etc.
- Gather and collate product information by interacting with Subject Matter Experts and translate it into clear concise documents.
- Good working knowledge of one or more of the following tools
- Adobe FrameMaker
- Arbortext Adept / Epic
- MS Visio
- MS Office
- RoboHelp
- SGML / XML
Skills/Personal Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
