Responsibilities

Write User manual, Installation manual, Reference, White Papers, Brochures, Website content and Administration guides, On-line help (print and electronic format)
Review documentation for adherence to standards
Handle documents from the documentation initiation phase to delivery to client.

Educational Requirements

Graduation in Communication / Journalism / English Literature / Science with good academic credentials.
Courses in computer languages a plus.

Work Experience Requirements

2-5 yrs of experience in creating documents like Business Proposals, Technical Proposals, SDD, User guides, Website content etc.
Gather and collate product information by interacting with Subject Matter Experts and translate it into clear concise documents.
Good working knowledge of one or more of the following tools
- Adobe FrameMaker
- Arbortext Adept / Epic
- MS Visio
- MS Office
- RoboHelp
- SGML / XML

Skills/Personal Requirements

Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
