Our Client

Our client is a UK based leading provider of travel related products.

The Business Challenge

Our client wanted an on-line facility where visitors could register themselves and enter their past and future holiday details in order to keep in touch with friends they made on past trips. This was to be a subscription based service which would search and match individual customer profiles. The features and functions of the site included instant text messaging and alerts from site visitors to mobile phone users, chat rooms and boards. The ability to send electronic postcards was also needed.

The Zerone Solution

Zerone built an integrated system to take care of the client's entire requirements. The system allowed visitors to the site to register themselves and enter the details of their past and future holidays. The system was able to search and match individual customer profiles. The system was able to accept recurring on-line payments. Two-way SMS Communication (from website visitor to mobile phone user and vice versa) with instant messaging and alerts was provided for, with full integration with SMSC providers. The fully integrated system had chat rooms, bulletin boards, image banks and forums.
