Our client is a world leader in Online Payment Processing specialised in issuing merchant accounts and processing on-line transactions for both Internet and traditional businesses around the globe.

The Business Challenge

Our client needed an Online Payment Gateway that would enable different merchants, processors and re-sellers to collect credit card, debit card, & cheque payments online. Third party E-Business sites should able to integrate with the payment gateway effortlessly. The payment gateway also needed to integrate with various banks to allow payments to be processed. Complete accounting processes needed to be in place for individual merchants. Reports for the different merchants were required to be produced on a daily, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc basis.

CRM functionality was essential to maintain the client relationships seamlessly. A robust security infrastructure was needed to protect the sensitive client data that was stored on the client server.
