Project Based Engagement
This approach is appropriate for companies who are in need of one-off IT projects. The project could be a development, maintenance, enhancement, customisation or support project. Zerone would evaluate the client's requirements, produce an estimate and provide a fair assessment of the risks and issues associated with offshore development. Then, if the client decides to proceed, the other aspects of the project would be discussed and terms and conditions are agreed upon. The various phases of the project life cycle would be split between on-site and offshore teams. The actual split would depend upon the complexity of the project. The billing plan would be agreed upon with the client, which could be fixed-price, T&M, milestone based or a mixture of these. The professional relationship with the client would end upon the completion of the project, unless a new project is initiated.
Dedicated Development Centre
This approach is appropriate for clients who have a need for IT resources on a continuous basis. Zerone’s consultants would work as an extension of the client’s own IT department. Our OJT based transition methodology would ensure that the consultants would rapidly acquire an in-depth knowledge of the client’s business processes and technical infrastructure. The offshore team would work on varied tasks such as development, maintenance, enhancement and support as dictated by the client as the engagement proceed. Offloading these non-core functions offshore would enable the client to focus on the core areas of their business. The T&M billing model would be appropriate for this type of engagement.
White-Label Partnerships
This model is appropriate for Independent Consultants, Software Development Companies, System Integrators, Value Added Resellers, Hardware/Infrastructure Vendors or any other IT Channel Partners. Zerone Consulting would assist the client in delivering high quality IT services cost-effectively. At the same time Zerone would maintain the confidentiality of the relationship. The partnership would not be revealed to any third-party without the prior consent of the client. This would allow the client to pass on the services provided by Zerone Consulting as their own.
Product Co-Development
Zerone Consulting is always open to opportunities for product co-development. The partner would bring in the domain knowledge and Zerone would develop the product at a negotiated special price. In return Zerone would get a share of the Intellectual Property (IP) rights. Each proposal for co-development would be evaluated on its own merit.
Marketing Partnerships
We highly value our partnerships with marketing outfits. Our Marketing Partners provide us with customer leads and projects in return for a commission. The commission rates are pre-negotiated and are based upon the size of the project and the value of the engagement. We also operate a referral program where we offer excellent referral fees when a referral leads to a sale
