Our Story

With Zerone beginning its journey as far back as 2004, .NET and open source development were our key areas of focus. In fact, it was also during these formative years that our very first projects in Data Analytics and IoT came to fruition too. In keeping up with the latest industry best practices, we adopted the Agile software development practice and which has been key in building process maturity over the years. Once we embraced organizational transformation from within, it was time to share our expertise and experience with those in need of our services and solutions. Since then, Zerone has forged ahead of the competition with an enviable client portfolio that has culminated in the delivery of more than five hundred projects. As a result, both NASSCOM and the Mirror Review have recognised our contribution to the broader digital transformation mantra that businesses have embraced and implemented across the board. Some of our innovative solutions used in development include .NET, J2EE, J2ME, WordPress CMS, Alfresco, Magento, Python, MERN and MEAN Stack etc. along the way.

  • Jeyash Puthuparambil
    CEO

    Jeyash has 28 years of experience in software outsourcing. He started his career at BAeHAL, a JV between British Aerospace and HAL. He then worked for 10 years in the UK, including at IBM and AXA Insurance, before co-founding Zerone Consulting.

  • Ashiq Al Jhan
    Director

    Ashiq oversees the responsibilities of finance and compliance at Zerone. After completing his training in software development from Electronics Research and Development Centre of India, Thiruvananthapuram, he started his career as a software engineer in 1998.

  • Sreejith Madhavan
    COO

    Sreejith has 17 years of experience in creating software applications, and in managing and mentoring people. With a strong focus on project execution, he ensures that every project on his watch is delivered on schedule.

    Chief People Officer

    Kiran has over 27 years of experience in the areas of HR and organizational development. He has expertise in designing employee development and growth initiatives, nurturing a culture of high performance, attracting and retaining top talent, and leadership coaching and mentoring.

    Vice President-Information Systems

    Avinash started his career in 2001 and has held various responsibilities including server/storage specialist, IT Operations management, and cloud infrastructure over the course of his professional journey. A continuous learner, he strives to keep abreast of technology trends that may add value to Zerone. He manages the IT infrastructure and Information security teams.

    Vice President- Project Delivery

    Jerin Simon has 15+ years of experience in the software industry, with the responsibility of the development and delivery of projects on time. He oversees effective resource utilization by considering productivity and the cost of resources. By continuously evaluating the project execution process, Jerin eliminates any gap which is a hurdle to achieving high-quality delivery.

    Sr. Project Manager

    Hamlin has 18 years of software industry experience in developing and managing projects in diverse industry domains. Comfortable leading and working in cross-functional teams; he is enjoying the new roles that have enabled him to drive effective collaboration between strategies, operations, services, and engineering teams. He joined Zerone in 2007.

    Sr. Project Manager

    Jijo has 12+ years of experience in analyzing, designing, leading, and delivering software solutions. He leads R&D and AI initiatives that help the customers on the journey to the next generation of software solutions. He continuously evaluates the latest trends in technology and changes in the IT industry to adopt cutting edge technology for Zerone.

  • Sajimon P. David
    Sr. Manager Accounts

    Sajimon has over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance Management with a focus on maintaining the financial health of the organization. He has been managing the Finance, and Accounts Department with Zerone from 2005 onwards, where he coordinates with clients for Forex transactions and corresponds with government bodies to comply with legal and tax matters.
