    SALES MANAGER

    Experience: 8 to 12 years

    Responsibilites
    • Working closely with the top management to align priorities.
    • Working closely with the Production/Delivery team to understand company's offerings and updates
    • Secondary Market Research, Analysis, Segmentation & Positioning as per market situation and company's business direction
    • Compiling / Updating database of target customers
    • Compiling and updating competitive intelligence (Battle cards)
    • End-to-end direct sales: Prospecting (meetings, calls, mails, networking), Proposal/Quote submission, Negotiation and Sales closure Working in conjunction with Industry bodies/Re-sellers/Partners to mobilize demand
    • Participation in Events / Trade shows, as and when required
    • Providing Bookings/Revenue forecast to top Management on weekly basis
    • Meeting individual target for Bookings/Revenue every Quarter
    • Manage the newly acquired accounts for a certain specified period (6 months to 1 year) and then hand it over to the Account Management / Delivery team
    Skill Requirement
    • Experience in Software Sales is mandatory
    • Must have exposure working for International Markets (US, UK, Canada, Middle East)
    • Smart, Confident, Self-driven person with pleasant personality and good communication skills.
    • Proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and exposure to social media initiatives (LinkedIn)
    • Strong Communications and Presentation skills
    • Hands-on experience in Sales Collateral preparation (Case Study, Proposals etc) is required
    • Proven track record of handling and achieving Revenue generation targets in B2B space
    • Experience in selling B2B technology products or services is required
    • Exposure to working on CRM is required
    • Exposure to working through Channel partners is desirable, but not essential
    • Must be self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented, with strong ethics and value system
    • Should be willing to travel across India
    • Must be a Team player

    Works under limited supervision. Has the freedom to plan and execute activities in line with company's policies and parameters.

    Responsibilites
    • Working closely with the sales team to align priorities
    • Understanding company's offerings and prepare the right sales pitch
    • Researching target market and compilation/refining of database as an on-going activity
    • Compiling/updating database of target customers
    • Lead generation through all out-reach activities (cold call, e-mail campaign, LinkedIn, other digital marketing channels, etc.)
    • Helping management with demand generation through both offline and online media (newsletter, webinar, campaign etc.)
    • Research specific target accounts to customize the messaging
    • Handling the initial objections and convert the suspects to prospects
    • Compilation, consolidation and distribution of leads to the sales team
    • Meeting individual targets for lead generation every quarter
    Skill Requirement
    • Experience in Software Sales is mandatory
    • Must have exposure working for International Markets (US, UK, Canada, Middle East)

    OPERATING ENVIRONMENT

    Works under supervision. The individual is expected to be self-organized, with ability to plan and execute on lead-in campaigns to reach out to prospects. This will be a permanent remote job. Candidate must be comfortable with high-accountability culture to deliver on his/her target in fast-paced environment.
