Job Overview
Zerone Consulting is looking for cold calling candidates (telemarketers) to promote and sell Zerone Consulting Services in the North American market.
Responsibilities:
- Place phone calls to potential clients.
- Answer potential clients’ questions about Zerone Services.
- Generate sales leads as per given target.
- Set appointments with prospective customers based on our associates’ schedules.
- Train other telemarketers when required.
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to supervisory staff.
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
- Leverage support from Zerone’s marketing, inside sales, and technical teams on potential sales opportunities.
- Manage and maintain prospects’ sales pipeline.
- Provide regular forecasts of current and pipeline opportunities.
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience telemarketing a plus.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, Active listener, and resilient.
- B2B Sales experience in North American markets preferred.
- Persuasive, go-getter with high energy levels
- Previous experience in outbound sales is preferred.
- Ability to recognize opportunities, find the right fit customers.
- Results-driven and willing to work on commission basis.
- Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis.
