    In this stage the candidate profile is screened and qualified for the role based on qualification, experience, skill set and interest for the open role.

    1st Round Technical Interview

    During the technical interview, the interviewer will assess the candidate’s technical skills, problem-solving skills and critical thinking skills to the needs of the specific job role. The interview maybe conducted via phone or through online face-to-face communication platforms or in-person

    Final Technical interview

    During the Final technical interview, the interviewer will assess the candidate’s technical know how related to the project experience, his/her roles and responsibilities and the value-added knowledge/experience.     HR Interview

    HR Interview will decide if the candidate can fit into the company's work culture, assess their strength and weakness to handle the role and if the expectations can fit the budgets. The interview maybe conducted via phone or through online face-to-face communication platforms or in-person

    Offer Rollout

    Offer letter is shared after reviewing the documents collected from the shortlisted candidate

    Preboarding

    Engage with the candidate on the company’s latest updates and involve in preboarding activities. Share the list of documents that need to be submitted before joining the organization

    Onboarding

    Welcoming the new hire to the Organization and completing the joining formalities. Take the employee through the Induction session which talks about the Organizational Structure, Clients and Services offered, Employee Benefits, policies and the details of the job

    Aptitude Test

    An Aptitude Test is conducted to qualify a candidate based on their problem-solving, logical and numerical reasoning skills

  • step 2

    Programming Test

    Programming test is conducted for the candidates who clear the Aptitude test. The purpose of the test is to assess fundamental programming abilities. Pseudo codes are used in programming tests to circumvent programming language dependencies

  • step 3

    Technical Interview

    Shortlisted applicants from the Programming test will be interviewed, and the interviewer will assess the candidate's technical abilities based on the programming languages they learnt in college

  • step 4

    Conversational Interview

    Candidates shortlisted from the Technical Interview can attend the Conversational Interview. It is conducted to assess the candidate’s interpersonal and comprehension skills

  • step 5

    HR Interview

    Conversational Interview shortlisted candidates will attend the HR Interview. Candidates are assessed on their confidence level, presence of mind and attitude

  • step 6

    Offer Rollout

    Offer letter is shared with the shortlisted candidates from the HR Interview

  • step 7

    Orientation Program

    This program familiarizes the candidates to the Organizational Structure, Technology expertise and introduce them to our Training Partner.

    Contract signing Program

    Candidates are invited to sign the contract on mutual agreement and engage with the candidate on Pre-Learning materials

    Training Program

    A 3-4 months of extensive Technical training program is held for the candidates by experts on the company’s required technology. This aims to introduce candidates to the corporate world as they transition from college
