The client is a leading call center with an employee strength of over 200 and handles inbound and outbound calls from existing and potential customers. Once COVID-19 lockdown norms were relaxed, the client resumed operations with 50% employee capacity, in adherence to the government’s directions.

The challenge was to ensure that employees followed the social distancing practice of keeping three feet away from each other while they were in the office premises.

The Zerone approach:

Zerone developed an AI-based workplace monitoring solution to identify if social distancing standards were being practiced consistently. The solution could either accept a live video feed from an Internet Protocol (IP) camera or have a surveillance video uploaded to it directly.
